What started as a love story between two people, a few miniature Highland cows, and a stretch of high desert in Apple Valley has become the most bougie cattle ranch in the country. We built this place to share something rare — the kind of slow, soulful ranch life that's almost impossible to find anymore.
Every cow has a name. Every guest gets to know them. And every detail, from our breeding program to the wellness room, is built around the belief that ranch life can be both real and refined.
